BookingBase is a booking system designed mostly for private groups, such as associations, companies, and organizations that need a simple and clear way to manage bookings.

Many existing systems are complicated, expensive, and difficult to configure. Our mission is to simplify everyday life for our customers by providing a friendly, affordable, and straightforward booking service.

We aim to create the world’s most user-friendly booking system. At the same time, it should be so affordable and clear that it becomes the obvious choice compared to more complex alternatives.

We use a clear pricing ladder, for example:

• Up to 10 users: 995 SEK/year
• Up to 30 users: 1,995 SEK/year
• Up to 90 users: 3,995 SEK/year
• Unlimited users: 5,995 SEK/year

Past bookings are stored up to 1000 for free.
If you want to store more, there are simple add-on packages available.

For private groups, for example:

It is not currently designed for open bookings, such as hairdressers or restaurants.

Yes! You can easily decide how many users should have access and how many past bookings should be stored. It is also simple to scale up or down depending on your needs.
